Pongo.mx
A full e-commerce platform where sellers bring their own payment processor — and keep every peso.
Sell anything, keep the commission.
02 / The briefPongo is an e-commerce platform we designed and built end-to-end for a Mexico City client. Sellers open a storefront, list something físico, digital or a servicio, and share a single link — collecting payments straight into their own Stripe, PayPal or Mercado Pago account.
The whole model hinges on one idea: Pongo charges 0% commission on sales. Because the money lands in the seller's own gateway, Pongo never touches funds — so there's no marketplace cut to pay. We shipped the marketing site, the multi-store seller dashboard, storefronts, checkout, auth, transactional email and media storage on a modern Next.js 16 / React 19 stack.

Highlights
Deep diveA storefront you can actually run.
Inside the panel: live ventas, pedidos and visitas versus last month in MX time, a sales chart with range toggles, a recent-orders feed and a configuration checklist that walks new sellers through connecting a gateway and publishing products. Multi-store from day one, with plan limits surfaced inline.

Idea to first sale in under 10 minutes.
A “Cómo funciona” walkthrough — five steps, zero code, one link, from opening an account to the payment landing in your own gateway. Written for sellers who can paste a link in WhatsApp: no designers, no developers required.

Real people, not a chatbot.
The help center pairs step-by-step setup guides for each payment processor with a plain email line to real people in CDMX, plus an FAQ on fees, files and refunds. Human support is part of the product, so we designed it like one.
